Our office is situated in 1 B Sushila Apts., which is part of the 71/98 block in Bhusari Colony. This is right off Paud Road in the Kothrud area of Pune. It is a residential neighborhood mostly, so it stays a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs, though the traffic on Paud Road is always a thing to deal with in the evenings. We are on the first floor of the apartment building. It’s a pretty standard space, nothing too flashy. We have our files, some computers, and enough chairs for when someone comes over to discuss business. Kothrud has changed a lot over the years, getting more crowded, but this little corner remains familiar to us. Most of our work involves managing different agricultural projects and solutions from behind a desk. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails. Since we are in an apartment complex, it feels more like a home office than a corporate suite. Sometimes the neighbors are moving around or you can hear the birds in the trees outside. It is a decent place to focus. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and the locals know the building well. Finding 1 B in Sushila Apts isn't too hard once you get into Bhusari Colony. We like the location because it is accessible but doesn't feel like we are stuck in a concrete jungle all day long.
