We are based in the Vighnahar Complex, which is located in the Hanuman Nagar area of Bhosari. Our shop is number one, right on the ground level. We are part of Bhagat Vasti, and the area has grown quite a bit since we first opened. Being in the surgical and pharma business, our shop is packed with boxes of supplies and medicine. It is a very functional space. We don't have any decorations on the walls, just rows of shelves with everything labeled so we can find it quickly. Bhosari is a busy part of town, and there is a lot of traffic nearby. We start our days quite early to get orders ready for people who need them. The complex itself is always busy with people going to different shops for their daily needs. We have a lot of local people from Hanuman Nagar who come to us. The atmosphere is quiet inside the shop compared to the street outside. We spend a lot of time checking expiration dates and making sure we have enough stock on the shelves. Sometimes we have to move heavy boxes around, which is a bit of a workout. The lights inside are those bright white tubes that you find in most medical places. We have a small desk near the front where we do the billing and talk to the delivery drivers. It is just a local shop providing what the neighborhood needs for their health and recovery.
