Bhawarlal Mohanlal Jariwalla Shop

Our shop has a long name, but most people just know us as the Jariwalla place in Raviwar Peth. We are located at No. 1156, right in the heart of Kapadganj. If you find the Laximi Narayan Temple, you’re basically there—we’re just opposite it. It’s a very traditional area, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. The shop is full of jaris and other materials for embroidery. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the boxes and spools. We don't have fancy lighting or air conditioning. We just have old wooden counters and a lot of history. On festival days, the temple across the street gets very crowded, and the whole lane smells like incense and flowers. We like being part of that. Our customers are mostly local tailors and families who have been coming to us for generations. We don't really do any marketing. Our reputation is just based on being here every day and having what people need. Sometimes we sit on the floor to sort through the new arrivals because it’s easier that way. It’s a slow-paced kind of business, but we like it. We aren't in a rush to change anything. The old way of doing things works just fine for us and our neighbors here in Raviwar Peth. It feels like home more than a workplace.
