Bharat Transline

Bharat Transline is based at 118 Synagogue Street in the Hadapsar area. It's an interesting part of town with a lot of history and activity. Our office is right there on the street, so we see everything that goes on. We handle a lot of logistics work, mostly moving goods for local businesses and sometimes further away. The space isn't very big, so we have to stay organized. There are always boxes and clipboards lying around. We start work pretty early in the morning before the traffic gets too bad. The drivers come in to get their paperwork and then they head out. We spend most of the day on the phone or typing on an old computer that takes forever to start up. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We know most of the people on the street, and they know us. Sometimes someone will pop in just for a chat or to borrow a tool. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or things like that. We just try to get the loads delivered without too much fuss. The weather can make things difficult sometimes, but we just push through. It’s a simple operation, run by a few of us who have been in the business for a long time. We like being in Hadapsar. It keeps us on our toes, but we like the pace of things here.
