Bharat Electronics Ltd

Our office is at Sr No 51/1 in Gangarde Nagar. If you are coming through Pimpale Gurav or New Sangavi, you might have seen our building. It’s a busy area in Pune-27. Bharat Electronics Ltd has been here for a while, tucked away among the shops and houses. It’s a practical space. We don't have fancy furniture or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some desks. The street outside can get quite crowded in the evenings, making it hard to leave the driveway. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the neighborhood. It’s a mix of residential and small businesses. Our team is small, and we’ve all worked together for a long time, so we don't need to talk much to know what needs to be done. We keep things simple and honest. No one here wears a suit unless there’s a very specific reason. Most days, it’s just about keeping the electronics side of things moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the loudest business on the block. We just want to do our job well and go home to our families. It’s a decent place to work, and we’ve made this corner of Pune our own over the years. It feels right being part of the community here.
