You can find us at Siddharth Chambers, over on K K Nagar Road in Erandwane. Our office is at 16/2, and we are quite close to the Mahesh Sahakari Bank, which usually helps people locate us without too much trouble. Erandwane is a busy area, so there is always the sound of traffic and people outside. We’ve been in this spot for many years, and the office has that lived-in feel to it. It’s not one of those modern, sterile places you see in the new business parks. We have our files, our old desks, and a couple of ceiling fans that have been spinning since we opened. We don’t bother with promotional talk or trying to sound more important than we are. People come to Bhalekar Dattatraya because they know we’ve been around and we know our business. The day usually starts with a cup of tea and a look at the pile of work on the desk. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when everyone comes in at once, but we manage to get through it. We know the other people in the building and the shopkeepers down the street. It’s a good community to be part of. We don't have a big marketing plan; we just do our daily tasks and try to be honest with everyone who walks in. It’s simple and it works for us.
