It’s not a quiet spot, but there’s a certain energy to it that we’ve all gotten used to over the years. We have our workspace set up to handle whatever comes our way. It isn't a massive corporate headquarters with a dozen receptionists; it’s more of a local setup where we know each other's names and families. Most of the people working here are from the Pune area, so we know the local shops and where to get the best snacks when the afternoon hunger hits. The building is easy to find because Poornima Traders is a pretty solid landmark for everyone. We deal with the usual daily stuff—phones ringing, meetings, and trying to keep everything organized. It’s a straightforward way of working. No one here is trying to be a hero; we just want to do a decent job and head home at the end of the day. The Chinchwad vibe is a bit different from the main city, and we like it that way. It feels more like home.
