Bandal Builders

Bandal Builders is based out of Pune, specifically in the Old Sangvi area. We have our office set up in Santkrupa Angan, which is part of the Maduban Society. It is a local spot that most people around here know well enough. We have been working from this location for quite some time now, dealing with all the usual things that come with building work in a growing city like this one. The roads around Pune 27 can get pretty busy, especially during the morning rush, but we manage to get things done. Our space isn't anything fancy, just a practical office where we keep our files and meet people when they drop by. We spend a lot of our days out on site, but this is where the planning happens. The weather in Pune stays mostly decent, though it gets dusty when the wind picks up around the society buildings. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just carry on with what we have. Most of our tools and equipment are kept elsewhere, but the core of the business is right here at Santkrupa Angan. We know the neighbors and the local shops nearby, which makes it feel like home. It is just a straightforward operation we run here, nothing too complicated. We try to keep things organized despite the constant phone calls and the paperwork that piles up on the desks every week. That is it.
