Balkrushna Sudam Ranpise

Being located in Chinchwad means we are right in the thick of things. Our place is at 43/44 Harshal Heights. It is a tall building, and people usually find us easily because we are right opposite the Gavade Petrol Pump. That petrol pump is a big landmark around here, so we just tell everyone to look for that. Balkrushna Sudam Ranpise is the name we use. The office is a bit of a mix of everything. We have some old furniture that we brought over when we first started. The neighborhood has grown so much lately with new shops popping up everywhere. We remember when it was much quieter. Now, there is always a line of cars at the pump and people walking by the building. We keep our doors open to let the breeze in, though it brings in some of the noise too. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and head home in the evening. Our desks are usually covered in papers and pens. Sometimes we lose a stapler and spend ten minutes looking for it under a pile of folders. It’s a very human way to work. We know our neighbors and say hello to the security guard every morning. It is just a regular life in a busy apartment complex, doing what we know how to do best.
