Our office at Balaji Logistics Pvt Ltd is located in Aundh, specifically in the Server Space building. If you know where the Gold Gym is, we are just right above it. Sometimes you can hear the faint thud of weights hitting the floor from downstairs while we are trying to track shipments. Aundh has changed so much lately, it’s getting really crowded, but it’s a good place to be for business. We spend most of our time staring at screens and talking on the phone with various warehouses. It’s not the most exciting job in the world, but it’s what we know how to do. The office is decent, nothing too flashy, just enough room for the team to sit and get through the daily tasks. We have a small corner where we keep the water cooler and a mountain of old files that probably should have been shredded years ago. It’s a bit of a maze getting up here sometimes, but once you’re in, it’s just a regular workplace. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just handle the logistics and make sure things get from point A to point B. Sometimes there are delays or a truck breaks down, and then the whole office gets a bit frantic. But mostly, it’s just the steady rhythm of work. We’ve been in this Aundh spot for a while now and it feels like a second home to us.
