Our office is situated in D Wing, room 1001, of the Sylvan Height Apartments. This is on Sanewadi Lane in the Aundh area of Pune. Aundh is a busy, popular suburb, but Sanewadi Lane is a bit more tucked away, which we actually quite like. Working out of an apartment building like Sylvan Height means we are right where the people are. We have been here for a while, and the 411007 area feels like home to us now. The setup inside is basic and focused on the work. We do not have fancy decorations or corporate displays; we just have what we need to manage the banking needs of our visitors. Most of our day is spent at our desks, talking to people from the neighborhood and handling their paperwork. It is a very local operation. We know the shortcuts around Aundh and where to get the best snacks nearby. When people come to see us at Sylvan Height, they are not looking for a polished experience; they just want someone to help them with their money. We keep things grounded and try to be as helpful as possible in a plain, everyday way. It is a comfortable place to work, and we think that shows in how we treat the people who walk through our door. We are just a part of the local fabric here in Pune, doing our jobs without any extra fuss or complication.
