We’ve got a few computers, a printer that sometimes jams, and enough chairs for the staff. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else’s name. We don't go in for big meetings or long speeches. We just check what needs to be done for the day and start working on it. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat, which is nice. We like the local vibe of Vishrantwadi. It feels like a real neighborhood, not just a business district. The office stays pretty cool even in the summer, which is a relief. We keep our paperwork in order, even if the desks look a bit messy by Friday afternoon. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the loudest company out there. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. It’s a simple setup that works for the way we like to do things. We just stay focused on our regular duties and try to be reliable people to work with here in Pune. The tasks stay the same, but we enjoy the routine.
