We are Avinash Construction, and we operate out of 1178 B P Road in Sadashiv Peth. If you know this part of town, you know the streets can be a bit narrow and the buildings are all tucked in close together. It’s a very old and traditional area, and we’ve been at this address for quite some time. The office is at number 1178, and it’s a simple place with a lot of papers and plans scattered around. We don't have a big glass storefront or anything like that. It’s just a solid, functional room where we meet and talk. The morning tea stall nearby is where we usually start the day before heading into the office. Sadashiv Peth has a lot of character, and we like being part of the neighborhood. The building we are in has seen a lot of years, just like many of the others on B P Road. It’s got that old Pune feel to it. Sometimes the parking is a bit of a headache, but that’s just how it is around here. We are usually in and out throughout the day, depending on where the work takes us, but the office at 1178 is our main base. It’s not a polished corporate space, but it’s where the real work gets planned out. If you’re walking down B P Road, you’ll see our small sign by the entrance. It’s just a normal place for a local business to be run by real people.
