Averta Strategy Private Limited

Our office is tucked away in Sadanand Society. It’s Plot 12, Sr No. 678, in the Bibwewadi area of Pune. It’s a residential sort of neighborhood, so it stays relatively calm compared to the city center. Averta Strategy Private Limited is basically just a few of us who know how to handle business stuff. We aren't big on fancy titles or anything like that. We just sit down at our desks and figure things out together. The building is simple and we’ve made ourselves comfortable here. We like that we aren't in a giant high-rise building. It makes things feel a bit more personal. Most days are just spent looking at papers and talking through different problems. We have our coffee breaks together and talk about the local news. The weather in Pune usually treats us well, though it gets a bit hot in the afternoons. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local chai stall and the best place to get lunch nearby. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do a solid day's work for the people who come to us. If you walk past Pl No. 12, you might see us through the window. It’s a basic setup but it works for what we do. We like the pace of life here in Bibwewadi. It's a good place for a small company like ours to grow without too much pressure.
