Avaya

This branch of Avaya is located in Flat 602 at Alstonia, which is part of the Nyati Estate. We’re right near the Corinthin Club in the Mohammadwadi area of Hadapsar, Pune. Since we're in an apartment complex, it feels a bit different than a standard office building. It’s quieter, which helps when we need to concentrate on the work. We deal with communication stuff mostly. The 411028 area is growing quite a bit these days. Sometimes it's hard for visitors to find the right building, but once you’re inside, it’s pretty straightforward. We don’t have a big fancy sign outside. We just have our small setup here in the flat. It’s mostly computers and some networking gear scattered around. There’s a kitchen where we make way too much tea during the day. We aren’t a huge crowd, just a few of us working together. We try to keep things low-key. It’s nice being close to the club because there’s usually some activity around. We don't really do the whole corporate jargon thing. We just talk like regular people and try to solve the problems that come across our desks. It can be a long day sometimes, but we enjoy what we do. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the overhead of a big downtown office. We’re just here doing our thing and helping where we can.
