Av Agro-Grainav Agro-Grain Trading Llp

The office is located in Bavdhan, right near the Maratha Mandir area in Pune. We are part of the Green Valley site, specifically at building P1. It is a bit of a climb to get everything sorted out here at Av Agro-Grainav Agro-Grain Trading Llp. The paperwork for the grain trading takes up most of our desk space. It is usually quite dusty around the site because of all the movement, but that is just how it is with agro work. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to different people about prices and truck loads. The address is a bit long to write down, but once you are in Pune-411021, it is easier to find. We sit here at Sn.18/1 and watch the trucks come and go. Sometimes the rain makes things slow down, especially in the Valley area, but we keep the operations going. It is not like those big corporate offices you see in the city center. We have plain desks and a lot of folders. Grains are heavy and the trade is constant. We deal with whatever comes our way each morning. Most of us have been working in this sector for years, so we just know the routine. It’s practical work. No one wears a suit here. We just focus on the loads and the numbers until it is time to head home. The site is always buzzing with something.
