Atyaasaa

Atyaasaa is tucked away in Kalpana Classic, specifically at B 29 31. This is over in the 411 013 part of Pune. It’s a pretty residential-feeling spot which is nice because it’s not as loud as the main roads in Maharashtra. We’ve been working out of this space for quite some time. It’s basically just a few rooms filled with books, papers, and our computers. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around since the start and some newer faces. We don't really go for the whole corporate vibe. Most days we are just sitting around a table drinking tea and figuring out the schedule for the week. It’s a lot of talking and planning. Sometimes the internet goes out or the elevator in the building is being repaired, so we just make do with what we have. Pune is a great city to be in, and being in this specific neighborhood makes it easy for us to get around when we need to. We aren't a massive operation with hundreds of employees. It's more of a close-knit group. People stop by sometimes just to say hello or drop off packages. It’s a comfortable place to work. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just do our tasks and try to keep things organized. It’s a practical way to run things and keep everyone happy.
