Atharva Glass & Aluminium

Our shop is located over at Bibwewadi 9-635-1-B. It is a bit of a tight space with all the aluminium extrusions and glass sheets leaning against the walls, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent measuring stuff or out at someone’s house fitting a new door. Glass is tricky to move around, especially in the narrow lanes here, so we have to be really careful. We do a lot of those powder-coated windows that everyone seems to want these days. It is mostly me and a couple of helpers. We aren't a huge company with offices. If you call, you’ll probably hear the sound of a saw in the background because we are always cutting something. People come to us for all sorts of things, like shop fronts or just a simple bathroom ventilator. We keep things pretty simple here. There’s no big sales pitch. You tell us the size, we tell you what it’ll cost and how long it’ll take. Sometimes the supply of material from the warehouse takes longer than we'd like, which is annoying for everyone. But we try to keep the regulars happy. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day and dealing with heavy materials, but it is what we know how to do. We’ve been in this spot for years and the locals know where to find us.
