Asset Valuers Engineers

We are Asset Valuers Engineers and our office is located on Sinhagad Road. Specifically, you can find us at 3 342 Mansi Kunj in Jadhav Nagar. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here, which we actually quite like. Our work is a mix of engineering and valuation, so we spend time looking at plans and crunching numbers. It isn't always the most exciting work, but it’s what we know how to do. The office at Mansi Kunj is where we keep all our records and meet people who need our help with their projects. We’ve been at this Jadhav Nagar address for some time. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with a receptionist at a marble desk. It’s just us in a regular room with our tools and our computers. We try to be thorough with our work because that's what people expect from engineers. Sometimes we have to head out to different sites, but this is our main base. Pune is a big city and Sinhagad Road is a major artery, so there’s always traffic and noise, but once you step inside, it’s just a place for work. We don't really go in for big slogans or anything. We just tell people what we do and then we go ahead and do it. It’s a simple way to run things and it has kept us going.
