Ask Computer Technologies

Ask Computer Technologies is located in the Kharadi area, specifically in Gawade Colony over in Chinchwad. It’s a residential part of town, so things are a bit quieter than the main city center, but we still stay plenty busy with all the repairs. Our workspace is filled with all kinds of electronics. We have motherboards, power cables, and half-disassembled towers scattered across the benches. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a fancy showroom or a salesman in a suit. It’s more of a workshop where we actually get our hands dirty fixing things. We spend a lot of our time staring at screens or poking around inside computer cases with screwdrivers. People from the colony drop off their machines when they stop working or get too slow for their work. We don't have a big staff, so if we are busy, you might have to wait a minute while we finish up what’s in front of us. We try to keep things organized but when you have fifty different types of screws and cables, it’s hard. We don't do much advertising at all. Most people find us because they live nearby and saw our sign or heard about us from a neighbor. We just enjoy the challenge of figuring out why a machine isn't behaving. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes. We work late into the evenings quite often because that’s when we can really focus without the phone ringing. It’s just how we do things.
