If you are looking for us, Ashish Associates is situated at Plot Number 2B/5 in Kinti Naka. We are right in the Shaguna Mata Nagar area on Pune Road, not far from the New Holland Tractors showroom. I started this business because I wanted to work for myself and help people with local land and material needs. Our office is pretty modest. It is just a couple of rooms with some old desks and a few chairs for visitors to sit on while we talk. The road outside is always loud because of the heavy traffic heading toward Pune, so we usually have to keep the door shut. I don’t have a marketing department or a website guy. I mostly just use my phone to keep in touch with everyone. We deal with all sorts of people, from farmers who have lived here forever to new people moving into the area. It is more about sitting down and having a conversation than giving some polished sales presentation. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up at the local government offices, which can be frustrating for everyone, but we just keep pushing through it. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s a good one. We’ve built a decent reputation just by being honest about what we can and cannot do. My small team and I just try to be helpful and get the job done right without any unnecessary fuss.
