Asha Associates

You can find Asha Associates at Shop No 1 in the Siddharth Court Building. We are on Bund Garden Road, right near Gera Chambers. It’s a pretty central location in the city, so we see a lot of people passing by our window throughout the day. The office is basically just a couple of desks and a lot of filing cabinets filled with real estate and legal papers. We spend a lot of time helping people figure out property stuff, which can be a real headache with all the rules and regulations that change so often. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy receptionist in a suit; usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from what we’re doing to help. We’ve been in this building for some time now, and the neighbors in the other shops are all quite friendly. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just waiting for a specific document to arrive or making calls to the municipal office to check on a status. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually a nice break for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city with hundreds of branches. We just want to help the folks who come in with their paperwork and make sure everything is done right. It’s steady work, and it keeps us right in the middle of everything happening on Bund Garden Road.
