We are based in Mayur Colony, inside Shriniketan Society. The building is called Dnyanmayi, at number 1. It’s a bit different from being in a big glass tower in some IT park. Here at ASCENT Intellimation Pvt.Ltd., things are a bit more grounded. The society is usually quiet, which helps when we're trying to concentrate on the work. It’s a residential area mostly, so you get the normal sounds of a neighborhood instead of just constant traffic noise. We’ve set up our workspace inside, and it’s where we spend most of our daylight hours. There are desks, some computers, and usually a lot of tea being drunk throughout the day. It’s not a massive operation with hundreds of people running around. It’s just us. We get to work, sit down, and try to figure things out. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble. The walk from the main road isn't too long. It’s a nice enough spot to be in every day. We don't really have a front desk person or a lobby. If someone comes by, one of us just goes to the door. It’s informal and works for us. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. It’s a steady pace here in the colony. No big fuss.
