Our office is tucked away at 439 Guruwar Peth, right near Sunrise Park. It’s a busy little corner of the world. We spend our days helping people figure out how to get from one place to another. Whether it’s a family needing a car for a pilgrimage or some friends wanting to rent a bus for a trip, we handle the bookings. The streets around Guruwar Peth are narrow and can be a real mess during peak hours, so we’ve learned to be patient. We aren't a massive travel company with a big call center. It’s usually just a couple of us sitting behind the desk, answering the phone and checking the vehicle logs. We make sure the drivers know where they are going and that the tanks are full of fuel. Sometimes the internet acts up and we can't book the tickets as fast as we'd like, which is frustrating for everyone. We have some old maps on the wall and a lot of logbooks. People often stop by after a walk in the park to ask about prices or just to see what cars we have available. We don’t use any scripted sales talk or big promises. We just tell you what it costs and which route is the quickest. It’s a simple business, and being part of the local community here in the Peth is what keeps us going.
