Ark Prem Constructions

We are Ark Prem Constructions, based right in the Bhangarwadi Management Enclave Shopping Centre. It is a pretty handy spot for us since there is always something going on around the shops. We have been working out of this location for a good bit now, mostly focusing on local building projects and fixing things up. If you come by the shopping centre, you will find us tucked in there with our desks and some blueprints lying around. It is not a big, fancy setup or anything. We mostly just spend our hours figuring out timelines and talking to people about their homes or shops. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the market gets busy, but that is just how it is in Bhangarwadi. The team here is just a few of us who know the area well. We do not really do big speeches or fancy ads. Most of the time we are just out at a site or back here checking the numbers. It is hard work and the weather doesn't always help, but we keep at it. People often just pop their heads in to ask a quick question about a wall or a roof. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. That is the way we like to run the business. Just regular people doing construction work without all the extra fuss you see with those big firms.
