Our shop is located in the Sai Kripa building over in Nani Daman. We’ve been here in the Union Territory for quite some time now. We work with electronic security systems. It’s a field that has changed a lot with all the new technology coming out. We started with basic stuff and now everything is digital. The office is small and filled with wires, cameras, and sensors. It’s a bit messy sometimes because we are always testing things out. We don’t have a big sales team. Usually, it’s just one of us talking to a customer about what they need for their home or business. We try to be helpful without being pushy. Daman is a small place, so if you do a bad job, everyone knows. We rely on people telling their friends about us. The salt air from the coast can be tough on electronics, so we spend a lot of time on repairs and maintenance. It’s not just about selling a box; it’s about making sure it keeps working. We have our regular customers who have been with us for years. We aren't a big national chain. We are just local people who know how to set up a camera and fix an alarm. It’s good work and it keeps us busy. We like being part of the community here in Diu and Daman. Our workbench is usually covered in parts from an old DVR or a broken camera. We don't like throwing things away if they can be fixed. It saves the customer money and we enjoy the challenge. Sometimes we go out to help a local shopkeeper who can't get his monitor to work.
