We have our setup out here in Haveli, which is on the edge of Pune. It is a bit quieter than the main city center, which is actually quite nice for doing our design work. We have been operating as Archivista for some time now, mostly focusing on the technical side of architecture and planning. Our office isn't anything too special to look at, just a place where we keep our computers and all the project files we have collected over the years. We do a lot of work for projects around Maharashtra, but Haveli is where we call home. The team is just a bunch of regular people who know their way around a blueprint. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy marketing or trying to sound important. We just take the projects as they come and try to make sense of the requirements. Some days are long, especially when there are deadlines for the authorities or when a site visit takes up the whole afternoon. Living and working in the Pune area means things are always changing, but we stay pretty consistent with how we handle our business. It’s just about getting the drawings right and making sure the client understands the process. We might not have a big shiny office in the middle of a tech park, but we get the job done from right here in Haveli. It’s a simple operation, really. We just like to keep things moving along without too much fuss.
