Our office is over in Baner at the Sai Empire Building. We’re in rooms 202 and 203 on the second floor. It’s a decent space, though it gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at once. Baner has become such a hub lately, hasn't it? We handle engineering project work from here. Usually, the phone is ringing or someone is staring at a computer screen. We aren't big on fancy speeches. We just handle the technical stuff. Most mornings start with a quick chat about what needs doing that day. We have some people who have been with us for years and some newer faces too. The parking at the building can be a bit of a headache during lunch hour, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Pune. We just want to finish our work properly and go home to our families. Some days the internet acts up, or a client changes their mind last minute. We just roll with it. It’s honest work. We spend a lot of time on calculations and making sure everything fits together. It takes patience. If you come by, the elevator is usually working, but the stairs are faster. We’re usually there from morning until late evening depending on the deadlines we have. Sometimes we order food in when things get really busy and nobody has time to go out. We just eat at our desks and keep the work moving forward.
