Our office is located in the Corromant Housing area in Pune. It’s a residential-feeling spot, which makes the workday a bit more relaxed than being stuck in the city center. We handle various engineering tasks here, mostly sitting at our desks and crunching numbers or looking at structural designs for hours. It’s quiet for the most part, except when we’re all debating something over a quick lunch. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with computers and reference books that we’ve collected over the years. Some of those books are getting pretty dusty on the top shelves. We started out quite small and stayed that way because it's easier to keep track of everything ourselves. We don't have a receptionist or anyone like that; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it for a visitor. Pune has changed a lot since we first moved in, but this little corner of the 411044 area stays pretty much the same year after year. We spend a lot of time on site too, so sometimes the office is empty for half the day while we are out in the field. When we are here, it’s mostly just quiet, focused work on the screens. We deal with a lot of technical stuff that would probably bore most people, but it’s what we know how to do. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we're usually too busy with project files to worry about that.
