Architectural & Rendering

We are located at Vadgoensheri A/5, and most of our work revolves around the technical side of building design. We do a lot of architectural work but we also spend a massive amount of time on rendering. That means our office is full of high-powered computers that get pretty warm during the day. Architectural & Rendering is a small setup. It’s not the kind of place where we wear suits. Usually, it’s just jeans and t-shirts while we sit in front of screens for eight or ten hours a day. The office in Vadgoensheri is a bit crowded because we have so much equipment and so many old paper files that we haven't quite gotten around to digitizing yet. We like the neighborhood though; it’s got a good energy and plenty of places to grab a quick lunch. Our clients are usually other architects or people looking to see what their house will look like before it’s actually built. It takes a lot of patience to get the lighting and the textures right in a 3D model, so there’s a lot of quiet concentration in the room. We don't really do big advertisements. Most of the people we work with have been coming to us for years or heard about us from someone else in the trade. It’s a steady way to work, and we enjoy the process of seeing a flat drawing turn into a realistic image. We stay pretty busy, but there is always time for a quick coffee break when the renders are finally processing.
