Our team is based over in Market Yard Versova 2 3A. It’s a busy part of the area, and there’s always a lot of noise and movement outside the windows. Architect & Associates isn’t just one person; it’s a group of us who have been working together for a while. We share this space which is packed with desks, printers that sometimes jam, and stacks of project folders. Being near the market yard means there’s never a dull moment. We handle a mix of things, from residential buildings to some commercial spaces nearby. The way we work is pretty simple—we are just a bunch of people who enjoy figuring out how to make a space work better. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a polished corporate video. If you come to see us, you’ll likely see us leaning over a table, arguing about where a structural beam should go or looking at material samples under the light. We spend a lot of time on site too, wearing boots and getting a bit dirty while we check on the progress. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We’ve had some long nights here when deadlines were close, eating takeout and trying to get the renderings finished. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. Versova is a great place to be located because everything we need is just around the corner. We’re just local people doing our best to get every detail right on the drawings we produce.
