Our office is located in Sadashiv Peth, which is one of the older, more traditional parts of Pune. We’re in the Vidyadhar Housing Society at number 1313, unit B2. It’s right opposite Bharat Natya Mandir, which is a big landmark, so we never have to give too many directions to anyone. The area is always bustling with activity, which we quite like. The office itself is a bit small but we've made it work for us over the years. It’s packed with books, drawing boards, and plenty of project folders. Ar. Anita Joshi & Associates is a local firm, and we’ve done a lot of work in this neighborhood. Sadashiv Peth has its own character, and we try to fit in with that. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do here. We just help people with their building projects and make sure all the paperwork is in order. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with different departments, but that’s just the nature of the work. Most days are spent either here at the desk or out at a site somewhere in the city. We don't have a big corporate logo or anything like that on the door. It’s just a simple sign so people know where we are. We’ve known some of our clients for years, and they often just drop by for a quick update or a cup of tea. It’s a very grounded way to work that keeps us connected to the community.
