Apurva Beauty Parlour

Our little parlour is tucked away on Laxmi Road in Pune City, right near the Metro Scear building. Being on Kpgeswaro Lone means it stays pretty busy around here. We opened Apurva Beauty Parlour because we wanted a simple place where people could get their hair done or get a quick facial without a lot of fuss. The shop isn't huge, but we have enough chairs for a few people at a time. You can usually hear the sound of hair dryers going and someone chatting about their day. It’s a lot of threading, waxing, and the usual stuff people need. We get a lot of college students and ladies who are out doing their shopping on Laxmi Road. Sometimes we run a bit behind if a haircut takes longer than we thought it would. We try to keep the mirrors clean and the towels fresh, though it gets hectic during the wedding season. It is just a normal local shop. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a big reception desk. Usually, one of us is just sitting near the door waiting for the next person to walk in. We’ve been at this Pune address for a bit now, so we know the local crowd. It’s nice to see the same faces every month. We just do our work, sweep up the hair, and start over the next day.
