Aptara Corp Pvt Ltd is based in the B 21 Springfield Apartments. We’re right on the Nagar Bypass Road at Kharadi Chowk, which is a really busy intersection. If you look across the street, you’ll see Balaji Palace. Being in Kharadi means there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around because of all the IT parks nearby. Our office is inside the apartment complex, so it has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. It’s not a sterile corporate environment. We’ve got some files stacked up in the corner and a few mismatched chairs in the meeting room. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate to our block, but it’s good for a little exercise during the day. The bypass road can get incredibly loud during peak hours, but once you’re inside Springfield, it settles down a bit. We spend our days mostly working through projects and checking emails. There’s a small kitchen where we make tea, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen. It’s a straightforward place to work. We don't have any flashy signs or big lobbies. We just have our space where we get the work done together. Living and working in Pune 411011 means you’re always near a shop or a cafe if you need something. It’s a decent spot for the office and we’ve been here quite a while now. We just take things one day at a time.
