Aprameya Associates

Our address is a bit of a mouthful—Sai Shraddha Apartment in Kalewadi, Pimpri. We are in Building A, Flat 12. It’s one of those residential complexes that has a mix of families and small businesses like ours. Being in Pimpri, we are right in the middle of the industrial hub of Pune, but our little corner is a bit more relaxed than the factory areas. The apartment is basically our office now. We’ve got computers in the living room and some filing cabinets in the bedrooms. It’s a bit cramped, especially when we have to store a lot of documents for our projects. The balcony is where we go when we need a break or just want to get some fresh air. You can see the kids playing in the common area below and the laundry hanging out. We aren't a corporate giant; we’re just a small group of associates working together. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks during our calls, and we just have to laugh about it and keep going. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. You just ring the bell and we let you in. It’s a very informal way to work, but it suits us and the kind of work we do. We know each other well and we don’t need a lot of rules to get the work done. It’s just a normal day-to-day life here in Kalewadi for all of us.
