You can find us at Plot No. 31 in Sadashiv Peth. We are near Saras Bagh, which is a well-known spot in Pune where people go for walks. This part of the city has a lot of history and the roads are quite narrow, so it feels very different from the newer IT hubs. Our building is a bit tucked away, which is nice because it’s a little quieter than the main road. We have a simple setup here with a small reception area and a few rooms for the patients. The staff mostly speaks Marathi and we have a very local vibe. In the mornings, you can hear the birds from the garden nearby. We start our day by setting up the charts and making sure the lobby is ready for the first arrivals. It’s a very routine way of living. We don't have any flashy signs or high-tech screens in the waiting room. It’s just some old chairs and a table with a few magazines that nobody really reads. We have a lot of regular visitors who live in the Peths. They come in and chat for a bit while they wait. During the monsoon, the entrance gets a bit wet from all the umbrellas, but we just keep mopping it up. It’s a very down-to-earth place where we just focus on the task at hand. No one here is trying to be corporate or formal. We just open the doors and help people.
