Anil Shinde

Anil Shinde runs things from 218 A on M V Road over in Parvati Sri. It’s a decent spot, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare during the middle of the day. The building is one of those older ones that has a lot of character, even if the elevator is a bit slow sometimes. We spend most of our hours here surrounded by files and the sound of the city outside. It’s not a quiet place, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We don't have any of those modern open-plan offices you see in magazines. Ours is full of wooden desks and shelves that go all the way to the ceiling. It feels solid and dependable. We aren't interested in being trendy. We just want to get the job done properly. Usually, there are three or four of us here, and we all know each other’s families and stories. It makes the workday go by faster when you're working with friends. We don't use fancy software for everything; sometimes a pen and paper are just better for thinking things through. If you stop by, you'll see we are just a normal group of people. We don't have a script for how we talk to customers. We just talk like normal people do. It’s been our way for a long time. There is no polish here, just hard work and a bit of daily conversation.
