We have been running Anand Upalekar & Associates here in Pune for quite some time now. Our office is tucked away in G-904 at Treasure Park in Sant Nagar, Padmavati. It is a quiet spot, which really helps when we are trying to get through a big pile of work. Most days, you will find us sitting here dealing with various associate tasks and a lot of paperwork. It is not a fancy setup, just a practical space where we can focus on what needs to be done for the people who come to see us. We chose this part of Pune because it feels more like a real community and less like those busy, cold commercial zones. Sometimes the traffic in Sant Nagar gets a bit much during the evenings, but once you are inside the building, it is usually fine. We handle the daily grind of the business ourselves. There are not many of us, so we end up doing everything from answering the phone to filing documents and keeping the place tidy. It is just how we operate. We do not have a big front desk or a receptionist. If you are looking for the place, Treasure Park is pretty well-known around this area. We have stayed in this location because it works for us and the people we deal with. People usually just drop by or call when they need something handled. We do not spend time on flashy stuff.
