Pawan Jain & Associates C A is located in the Trade Net Building. We are up on the third floor in office 301/2. The building is right on M C Road in Viman Nagar. A good way to find us is to look for the Maruti showroom because we are directly above it. Andheri East is a crowded place, and this street is no exception. There is always the sound of horns and people shouting outside. Our office is pretty plain. We have some old filing cabinets that have seen better days and desks piled with folders. It is the kind of place where you can tell a lot of work gets done. We have been here for a good while and have seen many other businesses in the building come and go. The elevator is sometimes out of service, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we would like. It keeps us moving, I guess. We do not go in for any of that corporate talk. We just sit down with our clients and go over what needs to be finished. The air conditioning works okay, but on really hot days, we still use a table fan to keep cool. Most of the people we work with are local business owners from around Andheri. We do not have a website or a marketing department. People just find us by word of mouth or by seeing the sign when they go to the showroom downstairs. It is just how we operate.
