Anadig Services

Our place is in Flat No: 15 at Sanghavi Heights, which is right on Bhigwan Road in Baramati. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We run Anadig Services from here, and it’s a busy little office. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us trying to keep things organized and help our clients out. Baramati is a nice town, but the traffic on Bhigwan Road can get pretty loud during the day. We have the windows open most of the time to catch a breeze unless it gets too dusty. Inside the flat, we’ve got desks set up everywhere. There’s usually a lot of paperwork and files piled up, but we know where everything is. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just talk to each other and get the work done. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a project, especially when things get hectic in the middle of the month. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. Most people just know where we are. We like the local feel of being in an apartment building instead of a cold office block. It makes the day feel a bit more relaxed even when we have a lot on our plates. We just take things as they come and try to do an honest day's work.
