Amer Nsm India Pvt.Ltd. has a place located at Survey No.30/4 and 5B, which is just off the Dhayari-Narhe Road. It’s a bit tucked away, so people sometimes miss the turn if they aren't looking closely. Dhayari is a busy area, and the noise from the road usually fills our workspace during the day. We have a simple setup here with a lot of heavy machinery and workbenches. It isn't a place with air conditioning or soft carpets; it’s a working floor where things get made. Most of us arrive early in the morning before the heat gets too bad. We spend our time looking over parts and checking the production schedule on a whiteboard. There’s usually a bit of dust on the windows and the smell of oil in the air, which is just how an industrial unit should be. We eat our lunch together in the back, mostly just talking about the day's tasks or the traffic on the way in. We don’t spend much time on fancy meetings. If something needs to be fixed, we just go and fix it. The paperwork is handled in a small corner office that always seems a bit too small for all the files we have. It’s a straightforward environment where everybody knows what their job is. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. We just focus on the work on the floor and getting it done for whoever ordered it.
