Ambrosial Chocolates

Our spot is over at Baner Road, specifically in Sector 11 of CBD Belapur, unit 405. It is a bit of a trek for some people but we like being here. The space is mostly filled with the smell of chocolate which is something you get used to after a while. We spend a lot of our time tempering and molding different things. It is not always easy work because the temperature has to be just right or everything goes wrong. We have our small tables set up and a few machines that hum all day long. Sometimes we run out of supplies and have to wait for the next delivery to arrive at the door. Most days it is just us focused on the trays and the wrapping. We do not have a big team or a lot of fancy decorations in the back. It is more about the kitchen being clean and ready for the next batch. The light comes in through the window in the afternoon and that is when we usually finish up the packaging. People in the building know us by the smell of the sweets. We try to keep things organized but when it gets busy, there are wrappers and boxes all over the place. It is a simple life making these things. We just stay here in Sector 11 and do what we need to do. Sometimes the humidity makes it hard for the chocolate to set properly and we have to start over.
