Amar Shah Consultants is located in Erandwane, Pune, specifically in Flat 4 of Swarali Apartment. We are situated in Kanchan Galli, which is a fairly quiet lane off the main road. The office is just a converted apartment where we’ve set up our desks and files. We don’t have a fancy reception area or a big logo on the wall. It’s a very informal place. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons in meetings or doing research. It’s a small partnership, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to cleaning the desks. Erandwane is a nice part of Pune to work in because it has a lot of trees and good places to eat. We’ve been in this building for several years now. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. We aren't trying to be the biggest consultancy in the city. We just want to do good work for the people who trust us. We don't use any marketing tricks or corporate buzzwords. If you talk to us, you’ll get a straight answer. We like the fact that we can keep things personal and simple. It’s a low-key way to run a business, and it allows us to focus on the details without getting caught up in corporate politics.
