Alok Samel

I am located at Shri Krishna Kunj Apartment, which is Plot No 93, Flat No 2. This is in Bhusari Colony in Kothrud, right across from the New India School Ground. It is a nice enough area, though it can get pretty noisy when the kids are out playing on the ground or during school events. I have set up my workspace here as Alok Samel. It is a home-based setup, so it is not like walking into a storefront. I usually have the window open to catch a breeze, though sometimes the dust from the road comes in too. I spend a lot of my time sitting at my desk here. Kothrud is a busy part of the city, but this specific pocket feels a bit more like a community. I see the same neighbors every morning when I go out to get tea from the corner. Working from a flat means I don't have to deal with a commute, which is a plus. My space is filled with books and various bits of paper that I really should organize better one of these days. People who come by usually know me personally or have been told where to find the flat. It is a quiet way to work, honestly. I don't go for anything flashy or professional-looking. It is just a regular apartment where I handle my business and try to keep things moving along.
