Our business, Allied National Packers & Movers, is located at 2 Thergaon in Hingne Khurd, right near the Swas area. We are located along Sinhgad Road, which is one of the main ways people get around this part of town. Being on a main road like that is handy for getting our trucks in and out quickly. We have been doing this for a long time. Packing up someone's entire life into boxes is a big responsibility and we take it seriously, even if we don't talk about it in a fancy way. It is hard, physical work. We spend our days lifting heavy furniture, wrapping delicate items, and carrying everything up and down stairs. By the end of the day, we are usually pretty tired. Our office is a simple place where we keep the booking diary and all our packing materials. There are always stacks of cartons and rolls of tape lying around. Sinhgad Road can get very jammed with traffic, so we have to plan our trips carefully to make sure we aren't stuck for hours. We are just a group of local workers. We don't have corporate uniforms or a big sales team. Every day brings a different house and a different set of challenges. We just take them as they come and try to do a solid job for people. Moving is never easy, but we do what we can.
