We started this logistics company without much more than a couple of desks and a phone line. Now, we manage quite a bit of movement across the region, but we still keep that small-office feel. The building we are in is pretty standard for the area, and we share the space with a few other local businesses. Our day usually starts early with a lot of shouting back and forth about which truck is where and why the delivery is sitting at the warehouse. We use simple English and don't try to impress people with big words or complicated processes. It’s just about getting the boxes from the sender to the receiver. The staff here in Akurdi are mostly locals, and we like it that way because they know the shortcuts and the backroads that the GPS doesn't always show. It gets pretty hot in the office during the summer months, so we usually have a couple of fans blowing full blast while we sort through the shipping manifests. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to make sure the work we do today is handled right so we can do it again tomorrow without any major trouble or headaches.
