Alfa Laval Support Services

Alfa Laval Support Services runs out of Harikrupa Bunglow, which is part of the Kalptaru Colony in the Varje Naka area. Most people just call it Puna. We share the space with the Nakarad family, so it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office. It’s a quiet enough spot, tucked away from the main noise of the traffic. We spend our time here handling support calls and managing various service requests that come in from all over. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, which is just part of living and working in this part of town. We don’t have a giant sign outside, but we’re here every weekday. The bunglow is easy to spot once you get into the colony. We keep a few desks set up and plenty of coffee on hand to get through the busier mornings. It’s a practical way to run a service branch without all the overhead of a downtown skyscraper. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know how to stay out of each other's way in the smaller rooms. If you need support, this is the hub where we coordinate everything. It’s not flashy, but it gets the job done and we like the local vibe of Varje Naka. It feels like we are just part of the local neighborhood here instead of some cold business.
