Our office is tucked away in Bhavani Peth on the second floor of Block 12 in Shabbir Colony. It’s near the Bhavani Mata Mandir, which is a very busy and colorful area. Living and working around here means you’re always around people. We’ve got a modest setup where we handle all our design consulting. It’s not a large studio, just a couple of rooms where we can sit and focus on the drawings. There’s usually a lot of sunlight coming in during the afternoon, which is nice for working. We have a lot of books and old projects stored around the place. Most of our day is spent looking at site plans or talking to clients who need some advice on their buildings. We don’t really follow a strict corporate schedule; we just work until the job is done. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, but it’s a quiet enough spot once you’re inside. We’ve been in this colony for a while, and the neighbors all know us. We don’t do much in the way of promotion. Usually, it’s just someone recommending us to a friend. We like keeping it small and personal. It allows us to actually focus on what people need without getting distracted by the business side of things. It is a simple life here, but we are quite content with it.
