Alca Technologies Pune operates out of a flat in Akurdi. Specifically, we are at Flat No F 2, right near the Bank of Maharashtra. Being in a flat gives our workplace a bit of a different feel than a glass office building, which we actually quite like. It’s a more relaxed environment for the team here in Pune. We deal with various tech-related things throughout the day, sitting at our screens and working through code or hardware issues. The 411035 area is a good spot for us, and being close to the bank makes it easy for people to find the building. Inside, it’s mostly just us, some hardware, and plenty of wires. We don't go in for much fluff; we just want to make sure the tech we’re working on actually does what it’s supposed to. Sometimes the flat gets a little crowded when we have a big project going on, but we manage just fine. It’s a local operation, and we’ve been part of the Akurdi neighborhood for a while now. We don’t have a receptionist or a big sign out front, just the number on the door and our team inside. If you walk past the bank and see the residential blocks, you’re in the right place. We just keep our heads down and try to stay on top of the latest changes in our field without making a big deal about it. It keeps our lives interesting and the days go by pretty fast when you're solving problems.
