Akshay Anand is located in the Vrindavan Building, right near the Navshya Maruti Mandir in Dattawadi. It’s a well-known landmark, so people usually find their way here by looking for the temple. We operate out of a space that feels more like a home than a sterile office. Dattawadi is a lively area with a lot of residential buildings and small shops mixed together. There’s always the sound of bells from the Mandir or the chatter of neighbors on the street. We do our work here in a very relaxed way. We don’t have a big team or a lot of corporate rules. It’s just us handling the daily tasks as they come up. The building itself is older, with that classic feel you find in this part of town. We spend a lot of our time just sitting at our desks and getting through the paperwork or whatever needs doing. It’s a quiet spot for the most part, unless there’s a festival at the temple. We like being in this part of Dattawadi because everything is within walking distance. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Most people know us because they’ve walked past the Vrindavan Building a hundred times while going about their day. It’s just a regular place where we do our business.
